The Cure For EBFS

I spent the last few weeks working with a fellow Internet Marketer.

I was getting repeated emails from him asking for information on how to do things and this and that etc. And all these while the information is available to him in readme files or in the ebooks that we are reading together to implement the project. I am very curious on how a normal intelligent person can be so helplessly dependent for such Internet Marketing related information.

I think hard and even draw parallels to my own similar behaviour sometimes. I came to a conclusion that both of us may be suffering from EBFS.

EBFS is defined in the medical journals as EBook Fatigue Syndrome.

It is the result of reading too many ebooks on Internet Marketing that are full of frivolous useless content. After sometime the brain adapts by blocking information from these ebooks. However as Internet marketing is a relatively new field, the brain has not evolve to the stage where it is only able to block out information from crabby ebooks, but the brain also block information from important internet marketing ebooks.

That is the reason why sometimes we are stuck on a project.

This is because EBFS causes us to filter out important information from the Internet Marketing material we are reading as well.

However, I have discover that the cure for EBFS is just be able to relax and stay focus and to make good decisions on what your priorities are, staying healthy, have enough sleep, excercise.
